It seems everybody uses the word quality freely. Just ask any business owner about quality and service and they will all say “Yes, we’re the best,” but are they really?
Padgett’s Red Bank Body Shop and all our employees know what quality is. We have weekly meetings on to address these issues. If we make a mistake we will immediately resolve the issue, learn and improve our process.
Quality begins by striving to achieve perfection. Quality auto body repair does not mean that you just concentrate on the outside repairs. The painting looks good and the sheet metal is aligned but quality goes beyond the superficial. These areas are hidden by carpets, inner panels or other components. These areas can be structurally compromised or damaged. Some shops may feel that since no one will see these areas then why spend the time to do a proper repair? NOT US.
Quality also begins by having a good facility that is clean and well organized. Most problems in a auto service industry tend to be a result of disorganization. We work very hard at being well organized.
Automobiles are always changing and we constantly keep up-to-date with the new repair methods, training and equipment needed to stay at the top of our game.
The word quality is not a word that should be used freely, it requires vision, methodology, a proven business model and years of industry expertise.

Insurance companies have developed relationships with certain body shops to perform repairs specifically for their company, in return for their referral the shop may have to meet standards for them that may not be in your best interest.
Red Bank Body Shop only participates with those insurance programs that allows us to repair your vehicle without jeopardizing safety and quality.
Please know you the insured or claimant have the choice to use Red Bank Body Shop even though we are not on their preferred programs. Preferred means that they have chosen just a few shops, in return the shop handles and agrees to terms that the insurance company sets forth.
We are able and committed to work with most all insurance companies without delays or problems.
Please do not let an insurance company sway you in taking your vehicle to just anybody. You have a choice.
